Chips ingredients

serves 2
  • 250g brussel sprouts (cut in half)
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 30g parmesan
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • salt, pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Step 2

Mix everything in one big bowl.

Step 3

On a baking sheet, cook for 20 mins until crisp and golden.
