Meatballs ingredients

  • 450g chicken breast minced
  • 6pc bacon
  • 1pc tegg
  • salt, pepper


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 230°C.

Step 2

Fry the bacon, and cut to small pieces.

Step 3

Mix the egg, bacon, the minced chicken breast together with the spices in a big bowl.

Step 4

Create a small balls out of the mixture (the size of a nut), 30 percig sütőpapíron megsütjük.
