- 250g cottage cheese
- 6g baking powder
- 4pc egg
- 1tbsp garlic powder
A classic Hungarian soul food made healthy. Perfect choice for a keto diet.
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Separate the eggwhite from the yalk.
Beat the egg white
Mix the yalk with the cottage cheese, baking powder and the spices.
Put small piles of the mixture on a baking sheet, and smooth them until they look like a pancakes.
Cook for 15 mins.
Serve it with sour cream on top seasoned with salt and garlic.
