Pizza dough ingredients
- 500g pizza flour (tipo 00)
- 20g fresh yeast
- 3tbsp (40ml) olive oil
- 1tsp (10g) sugar
- 1tbsp (15g) salt
- 1tsp oregano
- 300ml warm water
Stir together the water, the yeast and the sugar. Leave it until foamy (around 15mins).
In a big bowl, mix the flour, salt and oregano.
Pour the water with the yeast into the bowl with the flour, add the olive oil as well. Knead dough for around 5-10mins until smooth.
Cover and let rise in a warm place around 2 hours.
Knead dough once again, divide into 3 equal pieces.
Roll each piece on a lightly plain floured surface.
Add the ingredients to taste (cheese, tomato, ham, ...).
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, and cook for 10 minutes.
