Tuna steak ingredients

- 400g fresh tuna steak
- 1medium (250g) red bell pepper (diced)
- 1medium (250g) yellow bell pepper (diced)
- 1medium (150g) red onion (diced)
- 1tbsp (15g) olive oil
- lamb's lettuce
- salt, pepper, lime
Fresh tuna, fresh vegetables. This low calorie, high nutritional value meal is ready in just few minutes.
Preheat the pan.
Oil both sides of the steak (no need to salt).
Cook for 90 seconds per side, for a medium-rare steak.
Try not to move the steak while cooking it.
Cooking times: medium-rare 1, 1 and a half minute per side. Medium 2 minutes per side. Well-done 3-4 minutes per side. The more you cook it, the more chewy it becomes.
Mix the diced vegetables with the salt, pepper, lime juice and olive oil.
